So if the structured session is not your thing, or you prefer to train alone then this is perfect for you. No subscriptions, no contracts just pay as you train its that simple.
£2 per session you can use the gym between Monday to Friday (9am - 1pm) no booking required. Increase stamina, lose weight, tone up or build strength its all there for you on a plate.
