Co-Founder & Managing Director

Mike Gibbons (Gibbo)

Mike overseas the running of the Group, taking care of the day to day administration, up keep of the building and tasked with paying the bills and getting the invoices out.

Mike founded the City of Hull Boxing Club back in 2008 and has sacrificed a great deal to bring the Group to where it is today.

Mike's hobbies include Music and Performing (AKA Mikey G), a dedicated Professional Boxing trainer, founder and owner of Gibbo's Ringside Bistro and is the founder and former Head Coach of City of Hull Boxing Club.

Robert Beautyman (Bob)

Bob is very much at the forefront of our programs, in the enrollment and overseeing the delivery of them, not only with our funded programs and working with a range of funding partners but also building our robust Education offer with our schools partners.

Bob joined Mike back in 2008 when the City of Hull Boxing Club was very much in its infancy a close friend and working partner of Mike.

As a keen Tottenham Hotspur fan, he is fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and works closely with the professional boxers Strength and Conditioning.

Mackenzie Kinsley (Makka)

Mackenzie joined the Group through the Boxing Club and a small number of funded programs for which he volunteered his time to assist in to deliver.

Currently working on his PT Level 3 qualification he has obtained his Gym Instructor Level 2 Qualification with the Group and is a key player in our delivery team.

Mackenzie works closely with Bob in our many delivery programs both Funded and Schools Partners.
