Health & Wellbeing Social
Our all new 12 Rounds Program tackles two areas!
Get active in our gym, with a well structured session incorporating Cardio Exercises, Free Weights, Punch Bags and Punch Pads. What a great well to expel any frustration or stress while getting fit at the same time, this amazing session is funded so its free to join. (10am - 11am)
Then our 'Wellbeing Social' is a great way to meet new friends, help to build resilience to every day occurances, increase your self confidence and communication skills while help tackle problem solving, building a better version of you! (11am - 12pm)
You do not have to do both sessions (you are welcome to do one or both which ever you choose we are right there with you).
