Due to my success and the way this new lifestyle has benefitted me, I wanted my firends and family to enjoy the same opportunity as I have. Having already building a good solid client base all of which are smashing their goals, I wanted to open up a club where the community can come together and enjoy the same opportunity.

Orchard Nutrition Club focusses primarily on Nutrition. We specialise in the following four target areas:

1. Weight Loss

2. Weight Gain

3. Weight Maintain

4. Sports Nutrition to improve sports performance.

We are NOT a diet club or just focus on those wishing to lose weight, we have clients that are smashing this but also professional athletes that are using our Sports Nutrition programs.

We are open to new membership both in person and online to start their journeys with us, this journey will start with a free Wellness Evaluation and Body Scan and then a discussion around your current lifestyle, what goals you have and your wellness coach will assist you by mentoring you through the program to achieve the best results possible, providing of course you are serious about wanting to achieve your goals.
